“As a professional athlete I have faced many challenges both physical and mental, obstacles which I have been able to overcome because of the support network that I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by. This is a network of which Shannah has been an integral part. It has been through the motivation and support provided by Shannah that I was able to achieve the world number ONE ranking in triathlon, during a period in which my career could easily have come to an end. Her energy is unlimited, her dedication to the people around her unquestionable and her enthusiasm is as contagious as it is unrivalled. It has been a great pleasure working with Shannah, but more importantly, the motivation and emotional support she gave will stay with me for the remainder of my career and beyond.”

“As one of Australia's most published adventure sports photographers and writers, I have always appreciated Shannah’s enthusiasm in supporting my work. People feel instantly at ease with Shannah due to her caring, intelligent and fun personality - spending time with her is always enjoyable. Shannah's greatest asset is her ability to articulate a clear, thoughtful and positive course of action when tackling new challenges. Her unwavering belief in the ability of people to change and learn will help anybody gain more from their career, attain personal goals or improve their life in general. I have no doubt that as a life coach Shannah Kennedy will provide invaluable support.”
Andrew Barnes, Sports Photographer
“With the ever growing need to educate athletes as much as train them, we used Shannah's expertise to our advantage by having her address us on how to approach and mentally prepare more productively for cricket. Her presentation to our playing group made them more aware of how to do this more effectively, and with genuine purpose. All of us were able to tap into elements to improve our strength and character, which can only help us in our quest to be leaders in our competition....”
Troy Rowe, Coach, Northcote Cricket Club
